Stringer Model 2010
The Taber-Stringer assembles cells of up to 8". The well-tested Infrared-soldering-process guarantees best precision soldering of solar cells within a stable and closely monitored process window. Cells are handled with sensitive care and through profiled temperature curves and time curves stress is reduced to a minimum.

Glass Washer & EVA Cut & Place
The station has two PV main features: Washing of the glass (with drying & rinsing), Repeatable and accurate EVA cut and place.

Busing Station
The station is made to solder the strings to a complete module. Strings are layed down at the layup station and before covering it with EVA and Tedlar, the strings have to be connected to each other.

Passive / Active Model 90 degree
The J.v.G. passive/active Model 90 degree is made for connecting the Inspection station and the integrated "Second EVA/Tedlar cut&place station" with the automated laminator, as combined 90 degree conveyor.

Cooling
The cooling station is placed after the laminator and cools down the laminates to 20-35 degree Celsius. Maximum laminate-temperature is room temperature, plus 2 degree Celsius.
